  • Prepare you for a medical appointment or test.
  • Assist with Advance Directives and health care proxy paperwork.
  • Relay health care information to caregivers and loved ones.
  • Help you to become your own health care advocate.
  • Accompany you to appointments and therapy sessions as needed (this service is subject to temporary suspension relative to Covid-related risks and restrictions).

  • Diagnose or treat illnesses.
  • Prescribe medication.
  • Provide medical advice.  That advice should come only from your physicians. I will, however, help you to understand and implement that advice.
  • Provide legal advice.
  • Provide transportation to/from medical appointments.

I will inform you, guide you, and support you in your health care decisions, but I will not make choices for you.
